Jordie is a property manager/micropreneur/ maker/
scientist who followed California's clarion call, left her home in the mountains of Montana to to attend Stanford University a long long time ago. She immediately fell in love with the fabulous diversity of the Bay Area’s residents, arts, and activities and now calls Oakland “home.”

What had been a side interest for 10+ years (consulting to friends/family on their rental properties and obsessively taking every class and seminar offered by SFAA and EBRHA) became a reality after purchasing her first multi-family building and taking on property management as an owner/manager in 2007. After spending 20+ years as an environmental consultant characterizing and ostensibly “cleaning up" contaminated Navy bases around the Bay Area, Jordie quit corporate America to pursue management full bore. Property management is a perfect fit that combines Jordie’s project management skills with her love of building relationships, curiosity for how things work, and her mission to create well-designed and organized spaces.
Jordie fanatically committed to helping Oakland neighborhoods and businesses thrive. This obsession has led to her knowing all local hot spots and happenings: from visual and performing arts, events, businesses, excursions, to the newest restaurants/bars. This passion can be traced back to her position as the Fine Arts Editor of her high school newspaper as well as classes in urban planning and design in college. Her thirst for local knowledge is especially helpful for both new tenants moving into unfamiliar neighborhoods and short-term renters who seek recommendations for their stays.

In her free time you can find Jordie doing home renovation projects, playing tennis, cooking, gardening attending art openings, performances and events, hosting dinner parties with friends, and spending far too much time volunteering for various neighborhood groups including the Temescal/Telegraph Business Improvement District board. Jordie is a California Certified Residential Manager as designated by the California Apartment Association.

Audrey grew up in Pennsylvania, lived in the Big Apple for many years, and came to the Bay Area in 2005. She studied fine art/illustration/graphic, and interior design with an equal curiosity in cultivating leadership and understanding how people think, behave, and find inspiration. Audrey developed this creative/business split capability into a successful career spanning 20 years in creative and cause-related marketing, strategy, management, and photography production. She honed her leadership skills both through her career, and a Masters Degree program in Intercultural Service, Leadership and Management.
The spark of Audrey’s interest in home design ignited truly ignited when she and her partner purchased their 1905 triplex in Oakland. They began researching, renovating, and preserving the integrity of period details, while simultaneously adding modern characteristics and style.
While working full time, Audrey refined her skills by designing and updating bathrooms, kitchens, and providing general interior design consulting to friends. Soon thereafter she began doing side gigs offering consulting services for new clients.
Currently she is living her dream of a more creative, self-led lifestyle where she continues to use both her artistic and marketing skills. Audrey is currently enrolled at Golden Gate Atelier - a classical art program where she is learning to master her drawing and painting skills. In her free time she loves spending time with her dogs, immersing herself in other cultures through travels abroad, wining/dining with friends and family, attending theater performances, watching independent films, reading the NYTimes, keeping her finger on the pulse of design, art, and architecture, and the ever-shifting Oakland landscape. She is continuously thinking of ways to fuse art-home-fashion-meaning into her life, and being an authentic and responsible individual in the world.
